- Akwib sp. z o.o. sp. k. is implementing a project entitled “Implementation of innovative digital solutions in a manufacturing enterprise” under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 program, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. As part of the project, Akwib sp. z o.o. sp. k. will purchase and implement modern ERP software integrated with the production line, supporting real-time management of production, warehouse, sales, and finance. The system will be equipped with artificial intelligence functions, data analytics (Big Data), an integrated API interface, and full functionality in the field of electronic document circulation and quality control.
- Licenses for office, specialist, and operational software will be purchased. The project also includes investment in modern IT equipment, including office and panel computers, PC-BOX computers, laptops, servers, monitors, UPS devices, printers, label printers, and multifunction devices. A redundant-mode data backup system will be implemented, based on barcode and RFID technology, along with mobile terminals equipped with scanners. In addition, an online platform for customers will be launched, enabling service request handling, order monitoring, and real-time communication with the company.
- In order to ensure the effective use of the implemented solutions, Akwib will also purchase a training service for employees, covering the operation of new IT tools and digital systems. The project is aimed at employees, management staff, and clients of Akwib sp. z o.o. sp. k., who will gain access to modern digital tools that improve work and management. The direct beneficiary of the project is the enterprise, which will gain in efficiency and innovativeness.
- The objective of the project implemented by Akwib sp. z o.o. sp. k. is the implementation of innovative digital solutions in a manufacturing enterprise. The company strives to significantly increase the level of digitization and automation of processes, particularly in the area of production. The project assumes the integration of modern software with existing production lines and the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and real-time data analysis. This will result in improved decision-making processes, ongoing supervision and the possibility of dynamical correction of production processes, reduction of errors, and improvement of operational efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise. The implementation of the project will also enable organizational and marketing innovations, improvement in product assortment and sales management, as well as the creation of new jobs.
- As a result of the project implementation, the level of cybersecurity in the enterprise will increase. The level of digitization and automation of processes in the enterprise will be raised. The use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, Big Data, and intelligent production systems will increase. Business continuity and resilience to digital threats will be ensured. As a result of the project’s implementation at Akwib sp. z o.o. sp. k., the energy consumption of production will also be reduced while maintaining the same scale of output, leading to better energy use per unit of product. The amount of paper waste and the consumption of paper and toners will be reduced. The accuracy of management decisions will improve, and organizational and operational efficiency will increase. As a result of the project implementation, inventory will be optimized and costs reduced through better resource management. The amount of defects and production waste will be limited, and product quality will also improve. The project will reduce raw material and energy wastage, increase energy and material efficiency, and improve workplace health and safety standards.
- The total value of the project implemented by Akwib sp. z o.o. sp. k. is PLN 1,939,095.00, of which PLN 1,562,400.00 are eligible expenditures, and PLN 624,960.00 is the amount co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund.
