Cookies are small text files, the text content of which may contain various information about the user, including personal data in the form of the computer’s IP address and a unique device identifier stored in the file. Cookies are stored in the memory of your device – they are not stored on our servers; we only read the content of these files, accessing them during your visit to our website.
Each individual cookie consists of four basic parts:
- website name: the domain or subdomain name that set the cookie;
- cookie name: the cookie has a name, unique on the website that set it;
- expiry date: some cookies expire when the browser is closed (so-called session cookies), others are automatically deleted only after the set expiration date (so-called persistent cookies);
- value: the information in the cookie file that the website uses to “remember” the previous visit.
More information about cookies can be found at: https://www.aboutcookies.org/ or https://wszystkoociasteczkach.pl/.
On our websites, we use cookie technology and similar technologies – collectively referred to here as Cookies. These technologies ensure, among other things, the proper functioning of the service.
In line with common practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which users view the informational content of our website. The content viewed is identified via URL addresses. We also know, among other things:
- the time the request arrived,
- the time the response was sent,
- the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the visit to the Prima Lege site was via a link,
- information about the user’s browser.
These data are not associated with specific individuals viewing the Prima Lege pages. To ensure the highest quality of service, we occasionally analyze log files to determine which pages are visited most often, which browsers are used, whether the page structure contains errors, etc.
When visiting our services, you remain anonymous until you decide otherwise yourself. Information contained in system logs (e.g., IP address) is used by us for technical purposes, related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information, such as the region from which you connect.

The website uses Google Analytics to analyze website traffic, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94040, USA) (“Google”). For this purpose, cookies are installed on the User’s device, collecting such data as: browser and device information, IP address, visited websites, and the date and time of the server request, to assess User’s use of the website, generate reports on website activity for Prima Lege as the website operator, and provide other services related to website activity and Internet use.
The service operates with IP address anonymization. This means that Google truncates (removes the last eight digits of the IP address), i.e., anonymizes IP addresses originating from countries of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted, anonymized only on Google’s servers in the USA.
Google, on behalf of Prima Lege, will use this information to evaluate the User’s use of the website, generate traffic reports for website operators, and provide other services related to website traffic and Internet use. Google will not associate the User’s IP address with any other data held by Google.
Information generated by cookies about the User’s use of the website is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA. Please note that the USA does not guarantee an adequate level of data protection equivalent to that of EU countries. Therefore, to ensure appropriate data protection, Prima Lege, for the purpose of the Google Analytics service agreement, has entered into a contract with Google including the standard contractual clauses for data transfer to third countries adopted by the European Commission.
